Jakarta (ANTARA) - Daftar kategori dan nominasi The Game Awards 2025 akhirnya resmi dirilis, menandai dimulainya antusiasme para gamer menjelang ajang penghargaan terbesar di industri game tersebut.

Setiap tahun, The Game Awards menjadi tolok ukur prestasi bagi para pengembang, sekaligus panggung bagi pengumuman game baru yang selalu ditunggu jutaan penonton di seluruh dunia.

Dengan semakin banyak judul berkualitas yang hadir sepanjang 2025, persaingan menuju gelar Game of the Year dan berbagai kategori lainnya pun kian ketat. Nominasi lengkap The Game Awards 2025

The Game Awards 2025 akan dilangsungkan pada malam 11 Desember 2025 di Peacock Theatre, Los Angeles, California. Tempat ini telah menjadi venue resmi sejak 2023, termasuk saat Baldur’s Gate 3 meraih gelar Game of the Year.

Sebelum pindah ke Peacock Theatre, ajang ini biasanya diadakan di Microsoft Theatre, kecuali edisi perdana yang berlangsung di Las Vegas. Pada 2020, acara digelar secara virtual karena pandemi Covid-19.
